Job Title: Foreman
Reports to: Foreman
Position Type: Hourly

Key Responsibilities:

1. Demolition 
   • Perform tasks associated with demolition procedures as indicated on various job sites, including demolition of walls, ceilings, flooring, concrete, masonry etc.  
   • May perform trade work alongside team members. Provide guidance and training to team members as needed.
   • Inspect work-in-progress to ensure that it conforms to the specifications, construction schedules, and quality standards as outlined in MP’s quality management programs.
   • Maintain a clean and organized job site. Ensure that tools and materials are stored properly. Keep job site clean and clear of construction debris
2. Heavy Equipment Operation
   • Ability to operate various equipment in a safe manner in accordance with guidelines
     • Skid Steer, Front End Loader, Backhoe, Excavator, Concrete Cutter and Forklift
3. Paperwork 
   • Complete all necessary paperwork, including daily reports, pre-task, work orders, incident reports, Hot Work permits, Silica, and toolbox talks. 
   • Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and contract documents.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be in good overall physical condition.
• Ability to stand and be on your feet for 8-10 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Must be able to walk for extended periods of time.
• Perform tasks requiring standing, stooping, and shoveling for long durations.
